Deputy Secretary of Transportation Reaffirms the U.S.-Afghan Enduring Partnership
John D. Porcari, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Transportation, visited Kabul today where he engaged with the Minister of Transportation and Civil Aviation, the Minister of Public Works, and the Deputy Minister of Mines, further reaffirming America’s enduring relationship with Afghanistan under the U.S.-Afghan Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA).
While in Kabul, Deputy Secretary Porcari signed three Memoranda of Cooperation with the Ministries of Transportation and Civil Aviation, Public Works, and Mines.
