- Kandahar Air Field (KAF) - Due to the current heightened security situation, RSO KAF is restricting ground movements for the KAF self-drive area over the next 24 hours from 1500 on 4 October (Tuesday) until 1500 on 5 October (Wednesday)
- Mazar-e Sharif - All COM travel in RC-North will be suspended tomorrow, Wednesday October 5, 2011, due to planned demonstrations. (October 4, 2011)

- Herat - Protest scheduled on August 27, 2011 from the south western area of Herat near the Citadel to the Governor's Offices. Chief of Mission personnel have been advised to exercise extreme caution and to avoid these areas. (August 27, 2011)
