President Karzai Awards Prestigious State Medal to US Ambassador Crocker

On July 16, President Karzai awarded U.S. Ambassador Ryan Crocker the prestigious Allama Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan Medal.  According President Karzai’s decree for award, the medal was giving in recognition of the Ambassador’s efforts in strengthening the strategic partnership between the U.S. and Afghanistan, and for providing significant service in the area of further strengthening the friendly relationship between the people of Afghanistan, the United States and the whole world.
