Presidents Bush and Karzai Impressed with PRT
Presidents Bush and Karzai participated in a video teleconference from the White House with Provincial Reconstruction Team leaders and Afghan governors in Kabul. The Presidents listened to the PRT officers’ stories of successes and challenges and asked for more details about projects in Kunar and Nangahar provinces.
