Applicants should have a sufficient level of English to enable them to successfully complete full-time graduate study in the U.S.

Many Master's degrees programs in the United States actually prefer people with experience in their field of study. If you're interested in moving into a library science field, I definitely encourage you to pursue that!

If you are interested to apply for a university directly to aquire scholarship, then you must contribute to the cost of your educaiton costs as well because majority of the universities tend to offer partial scholarships. Also you can apply privately for universities as well.
